I can't praise enough the staff, they were lovely, friendly and go beyond and above to make your stay memorable while maintaining the high level of professionalism. This includes all the staff from concierge, to reception, cleaning, room service, restaurant all of them. Special thanks to Paola who made us feel special and made it a trip to remember (thank you!). On other notes, the location of the hotel is great, 5 mins walk to the beach, very close to many restaurants, 15 mins walk to train...

I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a spacious junior suite and free welcome cocktails courtesy of Expedia. I'm big on service and The Five Seas did not disappoint. ...
