Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day. "Dolores greeted us at the desk and was so kind to us. She gave us an upgrade which we enjoyed. Loved the clean comfortable room. The pool and hot tub were a hidden gem. Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Close to Fish Creek Falls. A very lovely experience."
