"I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. It has an amazingly helpful staff. Tons of great recommendations to see and do. Everything is with a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was fantastic. It had a buffet and a hot breakfast option. The hotel has beach towels and beach umbrellas available. Good parking options as well. Best hotel for the $$. "

"A lovely little hotel about 2 metres from the harbour! I was greeted by a super friendly gentleman on reception who showed me my room and gave me a map of Chania Old Town. There is a cute balcony/ veranda where you can see the harbour from the hotel. Beautiful to watch the sunset from. My room was perfect for just me, the only thing to mention is the bed is up on a separate floor and there are some rather steep steps to get up to it. If mobility is an issue, this might not be for you. Other than that though, I would recommend staying here - you come out of the hotel right into the hustle and bustle (and an amazing restaurant on the doorstep!) but once you’re in the hotel, you have peace and also aircon! "

"Very helpful staff, ceru clean, recently refurbished room and hotel, excellent location if you re not driving can walk anywhere in chania and easy access to the beach. If you re driving parking can be a nightmare."

"Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "

"Casa Del Fino is a wonderful boutique hotel experience. It is centrally located in Chania. The staff is EXCELLENT. parking was easy to find once you get used to the driving and the staff was always waiting for us at the remote parking location to give us a ride back to the hotel. The rooms were spacious with very tall ceilings. Margarita, the managing director is the 8th generation of the family Delfino. She was wonderful, very helpful, friendly. there was a rooftop restaurant we really wanted to visit, however, didnt have a reservation. Margarita called and was able to secure a reservation on the rooftop overlooking the bay that same day (when reservations usually need to be made few months in advance). at the end of the dinner, the restaurant staff brought us desert that Margarita ordered for us. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. highly recommend this hotel when visiting Chania in Crete. My family will only be staying there every time we come back. great GREAT experience. "

"We stayed at this location a couple of times and were very pleased with the location and amenities. It is very close to the harbor but is still very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. "
