"This was our second stay at Hotel Condesa. Our time there was fantastic. We went with the desire of having a good family holiday and we got exactly that. Our daughter had loads of fun in the different pools, beach and with the animation team (massive kudos to them). Food is, in general, really good. I think there are enough options as to enjoy a tasteful meal. It is true that the grill variety might not feel incredibly diverse after four days in, but I still think it is more than acceptable. The main area of improvement is food labelling. Sometimes food is placed under the wrong label being quite confusing. The second problem is regarding translations. I’ve noticed problems when translating some fish with a completely wrong word (this is mostly noticeable if you are fluent in Spanish and English). Rooms aren’t the biggest. For a family of three they are just alright. If you needed a cot (we needed that on our first trip), space gets tighter, but there’s space to move from the room to the balcony without much complication. For us, that we don’t spend much time in it, it was sufficient. In summary, we would definitely consider a third trip there."

"Lovely stay, good location for accessing what the island has to offer, be that beach or mountain, descent buffet offering and we loved the hide on the nature reserve out the back of the hotel, each morning we watched kingfishers, marsh harrier and many warblers across the marshland, very beautiful!"

"It was a beautiful old hotel, full of atmosphere. Small in no of bedrooms, so it was never busy or noisy. It was located in the old town, which is much prettier and quieter than the bustling beach area with its busy resort hotel. We really enjoyed our short break."

"From the moment we entered the hotel the excellent customer service and care started. There are staff who are greeted by regular holiday makers there as family. We arrived late and they had a chef make us some food which was totally above and beyond for the time we arrived. The hotel was fabulous had loads little rooms to relax, outdoor pool, indoor pool and gym looked immaculate The rooms are great and comfy The food was the best we have had in any hotel we been to. The great think about the Restaurant was you had your own table for the duration of your holiday. So you knew exactly where to sit and not feel rushed. The Entertainment was also amazing, Martin who has been there years, as he came and spoke to us always makes sure it’s a first class show It didn’t disappoint, we had Carlos who is Pavarotti, George Micheal, Robbie Williams then Queen, greatest act I have ever watched He is booked every other Monday during the peak season as he is so good and a real crowd pleaser"
