"What a great way to spend two days when we were snowed in by the blizzard that closed I-80. After a harrowing day of driving in dangerous conditions it was pure luxury to soak in the whirlpool bath to warm up and relax the tense muscles. We had a nice evening listening to live jazz at the Fireside Lounge and enjoying excellent whisky and generous appetizers . Next day was shopping and having an excellent dinner from Biscotti's. The staff were efficient and polite, from the desk clerks to the bell hops. Coffee and breakfast at the Cafe were a nice addition. Peppermill will be top of our list next time we need a place to stay in Reno. "

However, the partial charge set up with the reservation created huge confusion between me and the bank, since I could not recognize the charge applied on one credit card before the final one was applied on the other. Such practice was unusual and caused confusion. Please be aware of that"
