"Having difficulties walking, the owner came to my car and helped bring my bags into my room. He owns an Indian restaurant next door. The food is superb. "

"Very nice. Suite was nice! The rooms are huge. the jets could have been a little cleaner but I wiped em down and it was fine. They work amazing!! Water was nice and hot. Got to ride in a limo to foxwood and back included w room . They had a nice fire going in the pit. It was a nice place!!! We had a blast. Def will be back...."

"This is not a luxury resort which is perfectly fine. Good place to lay your head at night. Charming diner attached to building. Why would you complain about not getting day old pastry in the morning when you could get a variety of things in a spacious restaurant. Some people will complain about anything. Good water pressure, nice pillows. Balconies overlooking the parking lot. Manage your expectations and you’ll be fine."

"This was the nicest Best Western that we ever stayed in. Very clean. No smell what so ever in the whole place. Even the towels had no detergent smell. And my sister is very sensitive to smells and use to staying in high end places. Best of all: great mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast selections. Pleasant employees. Great place to stay and close to everything in Mystic."
