"This hotel wins on every level! Location ✅ Staff ✅ Amenities ✅ Super friendly, genuine and attentive staff who assisted quickly with room requests, local restaurant recommendations and general queries. The hotel was far grander than anticipated with a lovely foyer with a cafe/bar that runs from morning to night with the option of high tea. Breakfast options which was ok but not great. The rooms were fantastic with a beautiful view of the Harbour in hobart. 10-15min walk and you end up at most of the local shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Highly recommend!"

"The lodgings, food and service was fantastic! I felt like I was in a Jane Austin film and loved every second. The room was updated, comfortable and very cozy for the winter. "This property really exceeded my expectations. I booked it because we were getting in too late to drive and it was both close to the airport and reasonably priced, but I kind of wished I'd stayed there longer. The space was small but well designed, the kitchen was the best stocked one I'd seen our whole trip. The bed was super comfortable. I was a little nervous about not having staff on hand to check in after 5pm, but the afterhours check in went off without a hitch. Really recommend it to other people."

"Stayed there just for a few nights before flying to our next destination and were so happy we stayed here. The staff was great. Location was lovely, we surprisingly got to see Neil the Seal before he headed back to sea. The kids enjoyed feeding the farm animals and exploring the playground and games room. We were able to order dine in and also eat at the restaurant on site, which was both very good. The beach is just across the street. Having a washing machine in the room was super helpful. The cafe down the road was super convenient for brekkie. Beautiful place and we highly recommend."
