"AMAZING HOTEL! From organising our airport transfer to the room, everything was perfect at this hotel. My sister got sick with gastro, and the staff organised a doctor to come, and helped us meet the doctor’s orders. The pool was also lovely, and the whole hotel had gorgeous views of the water and sunset. Highly recommend!!"

"We had the most beautiful balcony view which captured the sunset every evening . Also super space for cruise watching . There was never a dull moment from the vistas on the balcony . While Fira might be generally busy with tourists and people coming and going , once you closed the shutters and windows in the room , it was very quiet for a holiday hot spot . Breakfast was delivered every morning which was great and was eaten on the balcony . Bed very comfortable , Tv ( not turned on at all ) Pod coffee machine , great bathroom with good shower , plenty of towels , mini bar and welcome treats , we also had a hot-tub but that was extra but a nice treat in the evenings . Staff both on welcome and leaving were very friendly , accommodating , informative and really seemed to enjoy sharing information and making sure our stay was memorable . I would stay here again and I would recommend to family and friends . "

The staff were wonderful - arranged a fast room turnaround for us so we could check in early (the young woman on reception) - plus breakfast under the trees in the pretty garden was lovely. The staff at the hotel were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room and balcony was really nice. The pool and the views from the pool were definitely the best part tho, and the pool bar service was great too! Would definitely recommend! "
