"Great accommodations, at the edge of the main tourist area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby so very convenient but quiet as not too busy outside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"Hotel in s prime location. Easy access to everything. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They delivered breakfast to our room every morning. You can sit on balcony and enjoy the view of the caldera while eating.
The only negative is the bedroom is up steep stairs and you have to walk over a large step to get into the bathroom. The ceilings are low as well. If you are a super tall person this hotel is not for you."
"so perfect! Near all the shops and city life but still very quiet at your hotel! I will definitely be coming back! Hospitality and cleanings were top notch !"
"I took my dad here for his 60th birthday and the whole experience was incredible.
Not only were the whole staff extremely friendly but the hotel was stunning and the attention to detail was amazing.
We had an early flight to catch and the hotel made us a packed lunch which I’ve never experienced.
I would highly recommend!"
