"Won’t stay here again, AC did not work and it was miserably hot and humid … especially to sleep both nights. Worst part was staff though… Told the front desk clerk and she didn’t care. She said “it feels like cool air coming out to me” after admitting the room was hot. Left it on 60 for hours and temp was pushing 80 and so humid too probably due to the pool-view window. She acted like she don’t believe us that it had been set to 60 all day and said nothing she could do … no other room available and no one to fix it. Then said she would see if there was another room but never communicated again. It was clear she didn’t care."

"The room seemed cleaned but the sheets and the pillow covers had little stains here and there. I asked the front desk if we could have late check out and she said NO when i said we where IHG rewards members she said she could do 1 hour - i feel the front staff could have been friendly and more helpful"

"Incredibly overpriced for the experience. First of all, they made me pay extra to park on the premises- something that was NOT included anywhere in the listing and booking information. Parking was crowded and insecure. There was vomit on the stairways. Walls were INCREDIBLY thin. Worst of all, we were woken up on Sunday morning by the mega church right next to the hotel blaring the sermon through OUTDOOR SPEAKERS so everyone had to listen to their homophobic sermons whether they wanted to attend or not. $450 for a 2 night stay when this is what we got? Stay away."

"First of all, this facility is an old fashioned m-o-t-e-l. The rooms are accessed from the outside and you walk around the outdoor pool to get to the rooms from the office. Our room was on the backside and very loud with highway noises most of the night. They were in the process of renovating rooms, but I couldn’t tell whether ours had been done or not. It’s an old building. The breakfast room is large and the selection is good. One bonus was a person making fresh custom omlettes.My husband said the coffee was really good. The facility, including the pool was nice and clean. The $20/day charge to park right outside your room was not mentioned at check-in. All in all for the price I would probably look for a different spot next time around. "

"We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the made-to-order omelet station was a standout feature. The ability to control the thermostat in the room was also a big plus. The only minor downside was that the comforter and sheets felt a bit thin and could have been more comfortable. That said, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable and made for a good night’s sleep. Would recommend!"

"My husband and I spend out 30th anniversary at Opryland Hotel where we spent our wedding night. We were treated with attention and compliments from the moment we entered the hotel. We even got a gift bag and a complimentary breakfast. Our visit brought back lots of wonderful memories and we enjoyed exploring all around the vastly larger property that is still expanding. Everything was just perfect, although I would have loved to have seen the dancing waters, but apparently they only run in the summer and at Christmas."
