"Jay and the manager were wonderful! Funny, full of great information, and they made us feel so welcome and at home. The french toast bread pudding at breakfast was delicious, the Ship Pub is so fun for happy hour, and our dinner at 1637 was delightful with a beautiful view. We added the cheese/fruit/cracker plate to our room and it was so yummy and perfect for late night munchies!"

"No curtain on the window, so couldnt open the blinds for natural light, without everyone walking by enjoying a peep show. Bathroom door was loose on the hinge, so it sagged. Had to be lifted, to open and close. Opaque glass in the bathroom door, so you can see at least shadows of all movement behind the door. That said, for the price, you can't beat it. "

"Absolutely love this place! Super cool and clean environment. Eclectic and modern. Love the history of the hotel and that it was preserved instead of torn down. Would definitely stay here again. Amazing restaurant on site as well. Lulu’s is very very good!! I had the wonton soup and it was amazingly delicious! "
