"Loved this for my kids. The pool area was nice and they always had it stocked with clean towels. Slide was really nice and hot tub was warm . Room was really clean and staff was super friendly and accomadating. Cant wait to stay again."

"My wife had surgery at nearby hospital, worked out well as hospital was close by. I felt the staff were all friendly and helpful. Only thing that bothered me was I had to go through Expedia to get a room at a reasonable rate,when I called the first time to hotel they told me rooms almost booked and had to change crazy rates to book in,called Expedia and they got me in at a reasonable rate, long story short I will be using Expedia for all my hotel bookings. "

"This is a lovely, vintage hotel from the era of the Royal York or the Banff Springs. It is ideally situated close to the train station and walkable to the riverfront and the Forks Market. Several common areas to curl up on a couch for a cup of tea and relaxing. The Spa is incredible! Staff are helpful and friendly. We hope to come back soon"
