"Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, pillows were fantastic. Great location as well. We only wish there was more access to water stations as the one downstairs was broken. Overall, we’d stay again!"

"I visited Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. Pennsylvania March 28- April 2 2026. I had a horrible experience at Club Quarter. The rooms were extremely small. The hotel indicated they served breakfast on Expedia and when I inquired about the time of breakfast, they laughed it off saying “everyone asks about breakfast.’ My colleague was disabled and had a wheelchair and his room did not meet ADA accommodations standards. I opted in getting a bigger room for an additional fee. The room had cigarette burns on the carpet, hair in the shower and makeup stains on the walls. It appeared there was no housekeeping in that area of the hotel. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my hotel and the experience. Further, the lobby door would not open upon entering everyday. The hotel is located in a bad area and the homeless is everywhere. "

"Clean room, friendly staff and great location. From Phil at the door to Sarah checking us in to Brendan and Sergio at the bar, service was top notch. "

"When I entered the room, I noted the following damages and provided feedback to staff. - Damaged leather on the bed headboards and chairs - Damage to the door - Issues with the bathroom caulking They mentioned they noted into account, when checking out I mentioned again and nothing was on account. Ensure you check the room for damages. "

"It was terrible, was promised microwave and refrigerator and I had neither. No one accommodated me or even cared, it was like they was telling you whatever to get your money"

"The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about. "
