"Cute and clean. Had trouble with the heater but called the front desk and someone came up a few minutes later to check on it and got it working. Valet does cost. The breakfast is decent and the dining room is beautiful. "
"I love this hotel and look forward to staying here every time I'm in town on business. The rooms are spotless, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are also well insulated so I heard absolutely nothing from the neighboring rooms. I appreciate the quiet and peaceful evironment and the incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, allowing for a very restful sleep."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we forgot to add our dog to the reservation. They easily updated the reservation and our check-in was still very smooth. Their valet service is extremely convenient and the gentlemen were polite; we enjoyed having the app as a way to communicate with them. "
