"Great stay, great help staff, everything was super clean they close the deck sitting area at 10 which we didn’t particularly care for when you go you want enjoy being outside and the the fire pits weren’t able to be turned on. Everything else was good everything around closes around 8pm."

"Parking is slightly limited with the construction going on right next to the hotel. Otherwise great hotel. Room was clean and amenities were useful. Standard hotel breakfast was available the bar was closed however."

"Room was clean and sufficient to sleep 2 adults. The bed was a little close to one wall but left enough room to skooch out. Be careful not to put your food to close to the freezer in the Mini fridge, but hey, there is a mini fridge! All in all, the staff was great and we enjoyed our 2 night stay. Well worth the price."

"The cabin was exactly as described on-line and everything went according to promise. All communication was was by text and on-line and worked very well. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and easily accessed. It’s within walking distance, if you are able, of most things the village of Cloudcroft has to offer. We will be returning here again as soon as we can."
