"Room was cold after the oil heater ran out in the middle of the night. The oil heater was not enough for the whole night during the winter time and the hot water in the sink was not working."

"A very cute Ryokan with a nice onsen. The property is fairly run down, but otherwise a nice and quiet location and was clean."
