乾燥機のフィルターも掃除されてないし 床の汚れも目立ちちょっと清潔感がありませんでした、、、残念でした

残念でした

掃除が全くされていませんでした。玄関から汚れています。キッチンは水垢、コンロは油っこく、棚はホコリだらけ。乾燥機も故障中、お風呂の浴槽にも毛が落ちており、排水溝も詰まって水が流れませんでした。建物は新しいのに部屋の中はもても残念でした。 フロントの対応も、ダラダラしていて嫌な気分になりました。次回からは利用しません。

セッティングされてる一部のタオルは汚い、シャンプーはストックされてない、乾燥機は壊れてる、キッチンも汚いで清潔面がとても最悪でした。Mr.kinjyoは沖縄市と宜野湾で2回宿泊した事ありますが、沖縄市と宜野湾市の施設を比べて管理にここまで差がある事にすごく残念に思いました。

もう利用しないかな

清掃が全くされていないといった感じでした。冷蔵庫の電気は入っておらず、さらに冷凍庫に食べ物が残っていました。多分腐ってたでしょうね。お風呂場にあるシャンプー、ボディソープ類もなかなか臭かったです。

Good location - soft bed

I agree with all the previous comments that the bed tends to be too soft. I was exhausted every night therefore I did not have problem with that. Hotel did not give proper instructions on how to check in. It took me some time to figure it out at the entrance. There was indeed a notice but it was placed inside the lobby so people could not see that from the outside. The room got issues like the amenities being missing or used up at check-in time. The staff was friendly and helpful though. Internet was super slow when compared with the softbank 4G network. The dryer machine mysteriously failed every night but worked perfectly in the morning. Location is good for driving as it is rather near the American Village, Aeon Rycom, and still OK to go to the new Parco City. Overall it is a nice place to stay if you are driving and expecting to feel like you are actually living in Japan. I will consider to return given the room rate is reasonable.

思ってたより広くて見た目も綺麗で2人で泊まりましたが、全く問題ありませんでした！ ただ、洗濯機が中を見ると髪の毛だらけでとてもじゃないけど洗濯できるような清潔感はなかったです。それと5泊するのにトイレットペーパーが1ロールしかなくて途中で無くなってしまい、管理人さんに言おうにも昼間は出掛けていたので問い合わせが出来なくて困りました。結局買いましたが、事前に長く泊まる人の部屋にはせめて2ロールは欲しかったなと思います。 総合するといいホテルだったなと思います。ありがとうございました。

Very good deal with a caviat. Great to have a kitchen, could use a few things to cook with. Nice property. You definately need a car, there isn't any beaches or much by there. I rented a car but didn't realize I needed an international drivers license, oops. Would be cool if they offered bikes like a lot of the places I saw that were closer to things since they are a bit away, I'd pay more or even rent one if they offered. The lady that checks in a works at the property was nice and helpful. Nice soft bed, only one in all my travels in Australia and Asia, others where like plywood with a little light padding haha.
