I asked the hotel to exchange the boiling pot which was too dirty to use. Because there is no one to help at the front desk during all 2 nights stay so I asked that by email. They apologized and promised to exchange or clean it by e mail. But they didnt. They even had no effort to explain that they couldn't help us. When I complained again they said it's because of lime. But I'm sure that it was kind of oil... And the air conditioner is dirty so the air from it made us sick. I understood there are two bathrooms but actually one but seperated. (1toliet without shower facility and 1 bathroom) I felt cheated. I hope no one would be confused like me. There are so many ants around. So you can catch them on your face or arm while sleeping. The most terrible thing is there was no one to help us. I hope this review would make its sevice better.

ホテルの大きな窓からは海が見えるオーシャンビュー！駐車場完備で、車で少し行けばスーパーやコンビニもあり、歩いて海にも行けるので、とても良かったです。少し欲張りを言うと、部屋着(寝る時の衣服)があったら尚良かったなと思いました。

目の前が海ですが海に入るには少し歩き道路をわたったりと小さな子がいると少し大変でした。でもお部屋は最高です！お風呂もリビングも素敵でした。また泊まりに行きたいです！

車で少し出ると食べるお店や、スーパーもあり、渡るとすぐ海なのが良かったです。 鍵もセルフで開ける感じでしたがスムーズでした。 部屋も子ども達もとても気に入って喜んでいました。 スタッフもLINEで連絡が取りやすくよかったですが、2連泊でしたが、バスタオルが１人1枚しかなく、問合せたらランドリーを案内されましたが、見つからなかったのだけが残念です。

超大玻璃、無敵海景，按摩浴缸🛁也可以直接看海，坐在客廳沙發吃早餐也超愜意，直接打敗所有景觀咖啡廳。開車到名護大約25分鐘，可以一次把吃的、喝的買齊，再好好在此耍廢。

２泊３日で宿泊させていただきました。 フロントの方の対応にはとっても感謝でした。タオルや自転車なども気軽に貸してもらえて、全体的には自由な感覚(なんか斬新な感じ…)がするホテルでした。 唯一… 携帯電話が繋がりにくく、Wi-Fiもなかったので、携帯を使う時に不便を感じました… また次回機会があれば、泊まりたいホテルでした。 ありがとうございました。

ロケーション最高です！ ジャグジーしながら海が見えます。 おしゃれで、豪華な気分が味わえます。 身長180センチの人は天井のペンダントライトに頭をぶつけてしまいます。 残念なのは清潔さです。 スタッフの人はひとりのようで、大変そうです。 タオルなど足りないものは言えば気持ちよく出してくれます。 共有の洗濯機のゴミ取りの所が、ものすごく汚かったです。 スタッフさん、忙しいと思いますが、たまには洗濯機をハイターなどでメンテナンスしてほしいと思いました。

広さベッドの寝心地等広くて清潔感もあってロケーションも最高で良かったです。が、写真のようなカラー帯が無く思ってよりシンプルな部屋に感じてしまいました。 床がリフォー後なのかボコボコしていたり斜めだったりと、少し気になりました。 ゴミ箱はたくさんありましたが、袋が無いので捨てるのに躊躇します。 アメニティも写真に乗ってたので持って行かなかった歯ブラシが無くてコンビニで買いました。タオルは２日分清潔なものを用意していただけましたので、全体的には満足です。

景色は良いけれど

景色はとても良く、車で5分ほどの距離にスーパーなどもありとても過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、滞在中1度もフロントにスタッフの方がおらず部屋の電話も使えないので何かお願いするにもすぐ出来ず、サービスは何もない、といった感じでした。 それなりの金額なので、常にフロントに人がいるなどその程度のサービスはして頂きたかったです。
