"We went during the off season in winter., (and basically one of a few guests in the entire place), so it was quiet. Not sure how it will be if the place had more occupancy. The facility and room was clean; although it was very plain for the common areas... had an outdated feel to it... but it was all clean. The dryers don't work (we ran them for 30min and our clothes were still wet)...but the washing machines were fine. We didn't interact too much with staff, but when we did, it was pleasant every time. For the cost, I can't complain. Many places in driving distance to eat; and seemed like regular neighborhoods all around hotel."

"The place was so grimy and filthy. Pictures on the was when it was new. The dinner wicker chairs are peeling so much, it doesnt have the oven that it advertises, the washing machine was broken even though it was advertised as usable, the master bath smelled horrible with rotted wood in the vanity, mold was on the shower curtains, and the air conditioning units were filthy with mold and dust. I contacted the owner several times about the air conditioning and getting it profesionally cleaned and disinfected. He sent some person to just dust it. I showed the cleaner the mold after he cleaned it and he said it needed to be professionally cleaned. One week later, the owner finally sent someone to clean it. The profesionnal cleaner said that he thinks thisnos the first time these units were ever cleaned. In okinawa the cleaning of these units need to be maintained on a 6 month basis due to the mold here. This owner did nothing. Stay away from this place. Its not clean and its not as advertised. It is close to rycom mall and the zoo. The stairs are a beast since there are no elevators here. "
