The accommodation was lovely, well equipped and with spectacular views of the sea and beach.
The lack of air conditioning was however a bit of a drawback since this meant it was necessary to have windows open and then there were a lot of flies which came into the room. This seemed to be more of a problem on the day that the grass had been cut. Not sure if that's just coincidental or not.
The communal fire-pit was a real bonus. Our hosts were happy to provide logs and we had a fabulous final...

Can't say anything but good things about this stay. The room quality was as good as you'll find anywhere for this kind of property and our hosts went out of their way to make it even more comfortable for my disabled wife. Very quiet, very clean and would stay again without any qualms whatsoever.

New Plymouth is a great place to stay. Good size town, great art gallery and great museum, plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Brilliant 13km coastal walkway, ideal for cycling/walking. The jewel in the crown is Mt Taranaki, 3 fantastic visitor centres, walks to suit all ages. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. Large clean room with a small view of the beach. We used the laundry and the gym during our stay which was great. The location was perfect and the free parking is always appreciated. We would definitely stay again. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful too.

Room was very clean. Staff are very welcoming and recommend plenty of places to eat. A variety of treats & toiletries in the room. We took advantage of the laundry services.
