They ability to do laundry was nice after the busier parts of our trip. It is nice to have an option to sleep on tatami or a modern bed in the same space."

"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

He also provided helpful maps identifying local restaurants and attractions nearby. The host had great communication and had thought of everything.
