Great location! Very close to all the major attractions. Definitely a budget hotel - but the room was a decent size and had all necessities. Breakfast was great if you eat meat - not so great for a vegan. Good value overall.

Clean and conveniently located to sightseeing and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful but English limited. Free breakfast. Free shuttle to train station every 20 minutes. Drawback - rooms small. Not much room between wall and foot of bed.

Nice hotel close to many shops and food places. Walkable to train station but bus is also convenient. Hotel is on main city bus loop. Breakfast had good options.

Above and beyond service

The service was amazing! They were so helpful and really went above and beyond in helping us with some issues regarding our trip plans. We were late in getting in and missed our reservation for the Ninja Temple. They called and helped us rebook it. We also needed to ship some luggage and they also called the hotel we were shipping it to, to make sure they could hold on to it until our check in date. They also helped us make sure a package we needed got delivered to us before we left the hotel by calling the delivery company for us. The person who helped us Matsui

チェックインして部屋へ行くと掃除が終わっておらず廊下で待つことに。少し待っていると、同じタイプの別の部屋へ案内してくれましたがゴミ箱の裏にペットボトルが落ちっぱなしでした。シャワーは弱め。けれどメイン通りにあるホテルのため徒歩で観光スポット周れること、ご飯屋さんもたくさんあり便利でした！朝食付きでかなりお安く泊まれたので総合的には満足です！

チェックインがわかりにくかったです。スタッフは立っているけど誘導するわけでもなく。。。ちょっと戸惑っている人に声を掛ける程度でした。混み合う時間はもう少し積極的な声かけや動きが必要じゃないかと思います。お部屋は綺麗で快適でした。
