Staff was rude when asked why I was charged 3 different times for my hotel incidental fee! I was charged a fee for every night I stayed.. $50 Per night extra for incidental. I asked why he stated it was standard and walked away

Comfort Inn Layton - Salt Lake City
The front desk was very helpful in room placement. She considered my mom (78) which we didnt even ask about, regarding stairs. Yes the motel is in good order but the clerk denied me a receipt in the case of using Expedia to make my booking I didn't complain but I don't think that's in good business
