Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"I could not recommend this hotel enough if you intend to stay in the Hikone area. The hotel itself is surprisingly luxurious with great amenities and service. It's right outside of the Hikone castle area and you can get a great view of the castle and the surrounding areas basically at all times. It's also right near the Yumek"

"Location walking distance from airport train services just need to plan which route got lift and escalators available when hogging large baggage. Staff service was excellent. Press the lift to go down from lobby when they saw u walking towards the lift to go out. Small thoughts like greetings you when u return and leave.
