"Room was not cleaned. Stains on the sheets one of which looked still wet from whatever substance was on it and someone had used the shower. Towels and soap were on the ground. Room and hallway going to it smelled and were filthy. I requested a refund and stayed somewhere else."

"Amazing hotel, great ambience. Was greeted with hot tea and a hot towel. The on site restaurant was amazing. The car service is nice to have and who doesn’t love a ride in a Porsche? Rooms were stacked with everything, super clean. The lighting in the room was amazing with three modes. Bed was comfy and I wasn’t mad at the view. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, at all. Close to Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Plenty of food options nearby, as well. Definitely worth the cost."
