Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

Excellent location and facilities. Brilliant restaurant with attentive service.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and well looked after, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. We would happily recommend...

Perfect hotel for a short ski break over the weekend, great location right next to one of th main gondolas and lots of taxis or a free bus to get to central Solden. All the staff were amazing, especially Krasamir who served us for breakfast and dinner every day. Always with a smile he couldn't be more helpful and was great providing gluten free options for my wife. Food was excellent, rooms and facilities top notch, our party couldn't have been happier, thank you!

Brilliant location, super clean, great rooms, fantastic and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the sauna and steam room facilities which were spotless. The whole hotel was immaculate and a real testament to the staff that work there. The best bit about the stay was the restaurant and in particular the service at the restaurant. If you are lucky enough to be on the side of the restaurant with Arpad and Michel then you are in for a real treat. These guys treated us like royalty and made the...

Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. We didn't like that it was mandatory to be nude in all 2nd floor facilities and were asked several times to remove our bathing suits. In the evening the...

Very nice hotel, I'd recommend it

The hotel is the only one in the area with a swimming pool, and an infra sauna, which I appreciate very much. Location in a beautiful area. Service super, breakfasts excellent. Overall a very friendly hotel, we were here for the third time.

Excellent staff, great hotel.

Very clean room, lovely staff, ski-in/ski-out.

Lovely hotel, good facilities and pleasant staff. Staff speak limited English, but enough to get things done. It’s a half board, but doesn’t include any drinks. On the first night we thought that the house wine was included as menu had no price. We then got a bill the next day, which was fine, but just bear in mind that drinks are not included - it wasn’t clear to us. Staff also don’t know the prices, on the following night we asked how much the wine costed, we were told 31 euros and it ended up...

We only stayed one night in the hotel on a stopover towards the end of a holiday but we were made very welcome by helpful staff and enjoyed what turned out to be its weekly barbecue evening. The hotel is located very near the lifts and bus stop and is clearly very popular with families as there were many young children in evidence throughout. As we have always found in Austria, the hotel was extremely clean and offered excellent service.
