"This was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Very easy to access, clean and spacious rooms, well appointed with everything we needed. We had a car and had easy access to parking. Very short ride to A5 and walking distance to all the sites in old town Heidelberg. 100% would stay there again."

There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude.
