Prince Smart Inn Atami
A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people ...

The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori
Great staff members and hotel is very clean. Wish there are more amenities such as gym, kids room and more private onsens. Love the stay and view, located in a great accessible location to the cable car and bus station. Lots of parking lot spots too.

YuYu Hakone - Private Open Air Onsen Usage Guaranteed
The staff was friendly and the breakfast beautifully presented and delicious. The bed linens were old and there was a moldy smell in the main rooms. The toilet seat functions were intermittent and the heater was loud so that we had to turn it off. The property could use some updating.
