Lakehouse Resort
Beautiful location. Great for weekend getaway. Right on lake. Next to restaurant. Only gave 4/5 stars for amenities because gym was under construction. Everything else was great. Bikes, paddle boat, tennis courts, pool. Definitely recommend staying here.

Omni La Costa Resort & Spa Carlsbad
Beatiful resort, parking fee is $45 for self parking. We rented suite, great size and view but would have been nice to have a mini fridge in luving room area. Great staycation.

The room could’ve been a little better decorated for the kids and the selection at night for the TV station, no cartoons or anything for the little kids to watch, I think you need to check on the beds. The Encinitan Hotel & Suites
This is an old, just okay hotel. Paid for an ocean view room, and could only see the ocean if we stepped the end of the balcony and peered around. Kind of a ripoff if you ask me.
