"Good room, size ok, clean."

"I happened to book this hotel by chance. Our schedule was delayed and they were able to accommodate a change with no problem. The property was quiet, the room huge and comfy, the grounds beautiful. We walked down to the beach daily, enjoyed the hot tub, and the location to other things around town. The only bummer was our fire place only worked on the first evening and not the rest of the days there. If not for that I’d give it 5 stars. "

"Pros: -parking where cameras and front desk can see vehicles -price -staff was excellent, above and beyond - close enough to walk to shops, food and beach -clean pool and hot tub Cons -Could have been cleaner, wasn’t extremely dirty but most definitely needed to be cleaned more - shower was only able to be used because tub drain pull was broken -no screens on windows -frame of heating/cooling unit falling off "

"Loved our stay, enjoyed the beach and quiet hotel. Breakfast was lovely but the waffle batter was a little to thin so mine didn't come out that good. (Thick batter is better) Also got to see the Northern Lights during our stay so that was such an amazing experience. Thank you so much for having us, would definitely stay again."

"We absolutely love the Shilo Inn and where it’s located. However whomever is owner/manager needs to update the rooms and building over all. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Security doors not working. Restaurant not being open. Update update update it please to make it worth the money we are charged. "
