"Staff was very rude. They charge for my clean pets yet the room was filthy, smelly and had a roach infestation. Luckily I did not notice the roaches until the morning because I would have not been able to sleep. But when I open the shower door they all went running. "Room had mildew in it wife had to buy bleach and clean it...the staff were amazing and very helpful butnthebissue is that i had to pay a deposit and never got it back...called and talked to staff and mo issues with my room and their system. Saysbit was refunded butbi never recieved it called again they said nothing we can do"
"We needed a place to evacuate to from our coastal home during Hurricane Milton. The owners are kind and generous. We have everything we need here and were able to extend our trip a couple days since we do not have power at home yet. We are still here and enjoy the quiet now after the storm. The house is comfortable and decorated beautifully. We want to bring our kids back here during the summer for a family trip to visit the area and do some trail hiking. Very happy with how we were treated as renters. "
