"The room was not the same as displayed on the website. It was spartan, at best. In the bathroom there was no place to put your personal toiletry bag except for the tank top. The shower head appeared to be clogged (a mere $50 upgrade would have made a world of difference.) The tub faucet handles were extremely loose and the hot water was warm. The view from the veranda was exceptional, the view from our assigned room was of dirty windows and overflowing gutters. The stairway carpeting had shown its age."
