"I was after an overnighter in that general area and the Aussie was a fraction of the price of anything within cooee. It is an old structure but well maintained along with toaster and tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities in my room. Comfy bed, easy chair, table, TV etc. Only thing less than perfect was that the shower fitting couldn't be adjusted properly because one of the wingnuts wouldn't tighten properly. For all that it was still adjustable enough to have a good shower. More than happy. Thoroughly recommend the Aussie."

"The whole stay , 4 days, was really good, clean rooms, nice and quiet, the staff led by Tania were really helpfull and friendly , couldn't rate there service any higher it was 5 star service,there meals were excellent"

"We visited in the winter; lovely cool weather. Itโ€™s obvious someone has a green thumb. I would love to the garden in full bloom. Even in winter the roses were fragrant and lovely. Stuart was a wonderful host, showing us the building, kitchen, our room with en suite. I love that shower!! Breakfast was laid out at 7 am for our leisure and even at 9 am (we had a bit of a lie in) was still warm and fresh. Centrally located for our travels, it was a wonderful stay!!"
