"The hosts Luca and Mario are extremely accommodating and lovely people! Rooms done to a high standard and bed really comfortable. Location is beautiful, just a short walk to bus and train station straight into Florence. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again "
"Our stay was very pleasant at the property - the rooms and shared bathroom were both kept clean for the duration of our stay. The location was very convenient as well!"
"Very nice place, like rustic, with beautiful gardens, but the bathroom too small and with one step. The lady who took care of us was very nice and friendly. "
"Beautiful old building completely restored. Great decor. Great price. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. Great restaurant next door that was lively and beautiful. "

"This is a new clean hotel, No frills but decent amenities, good service, good condition. The hotel is located far from City center and it’s not always easy to find a taxi not much to see in the area. The hotel is new and clean, but feels a lot more like a four star than a five "

"Me and my Mum had a wonderful stay here. So clean, friendly and welcoming.
All the staff were so attentive and the hotel restaurant was lovely!
Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Florence, the location is perfect. "
"We enjoyed the walkable location of the hotel. The breakfast was the best of any hotel during our 2 weeks in Italy. Dinner at the hotel was delicious, out of convenience we ate there a couple nights. The room was comfortable and clean. "
"This place was amazing. We stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. The pools are great and family friendly. Clean tent rooms. Only issue is that it is about a hour and a half walk from the city and 30 minute bus ride. Buses get full fast so you have to wait. There’s a really good cafe and dinner place right in front of the resort that is very accommodating and gets full. Not a lot of other options for food than that. "
"Really lovely hotel, nice staff and great service. Room was really nice, very comfy bed. Breakfast ok- limited choices in the buffet and no menu for hot breakfast. The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. "
