"Very disappointing that there was insufficient room for us to book breakfast in the morning even though we checked in at 1700 hrs. So we drove for 2 hours before finding a cafe to get a coffee and croissant!! It was a Sunday and all coffee shops in Kempten were closed!! Has put us off staying at B&B next time!!! "

"This was an amazing hotel with some of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The hotel on its own is in a great location, well maintained, and clean rooms. The food is outstanding (breakfast and dinner) and is always busy but the staff handle it beautifully and the business does not effect the attention you'll receive. We absolutely loved staying here. "Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."
