We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights at the end of December and enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was cleaned every day and the location is great as well. The free shuttle bus to the ski resort Axamer Lizum departs every 30 min just outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the Austrian cuisine was great too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our second visit. Lovely hotel with charm. We had a double comfort room which was a good size as we stayed 4 nights. Good breakfast and evening meals. Staff are very helpful, bathroom is small and no English channels on tv. But Wifi good . Will stay again.

Really clean hotel, made to feel very welcome at reception. Everything was explained. Room was large clean and fresh. Breakfast Buffet was excellent again with a very helpful lady. Have to say this is a truly wonderful hotel.

Would highly recommend this small hotel situated at edge of Old Town, across road from Marketplatz and River Inn (lightshow across river for the festive season was amazing). Staff so friendly and helpful (gave us the Innsbruck Welcome Plus pass for free travel etc on buses and trams which excellent too!). Perfect location, spotless bedroom and bathroom and wonderful breakfast….good value for money!

Great hotel for a few days in Innsbruck. Location was brilliant, right next to the station and only a few minutes walk into the old town. Despite being right over one of the platforms of the station it was very quiet (very well soundproofed!) and the room had everything I needed. The rooftop bar was fabulous - wonderful views and a great place to have breakfast and/or a drink in the evening.

Difficult to fault - lovely hotel at a very reasonable price in an ideal location. Great breakfast. Highly recommended all round. Hadn't reserved a parking place and there were none available on arrival. Found a street place which appeared to be legal at weekends after 1800 Friday but still got a ticket!
