Excellent location in the city centre. Very quiet area at night. Close to many restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the train station. Would highly recommend.

The old time charm of this hotel really helped enhance the feeling that you are in a more rural part of Switzerland. It is a much more traditional type of hotel which feels more like a large guest house where people are invited to relax in the lounge or sit outside in the sun and admire the views. It is fairly close to the Interlaken West train station and main part of town. There are shops and restaurants nearby that make it easy to find somewhere to get a good meal.

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very grand as stated in the name. The staff were ever so helpful and very attentive. The room had a few cobwebs near the radiator and window in the room but other than that the room was clean. Very hospitable and welcoming staff, would definitely stay here again! Intercontinental breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna/steam room.

We stayed at the Krebs hotel for 1 night in May23 & it was the best hotel (out of the 5 hotels) we stayed in Switzerland! Rooms: We booked for 2 single rooms & we were very pleased that we were upgraded to 2 double rooms. The rooms were spacious & one of them even have a balcony. Lovely hotel, slightly dated, but clean tidy and amazing views ! Good food and service… staff were friendly and helpful! Lovely infinity pool which was a bonus! Bus stop just outside the hotel and easy to reach other areas with bus train and boat ! Boat trip definitely worth it !

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Opened the seminar room for afternoon prayers even after check out time Breakfast had very limited options, perhaps could have been better. Enjoyed the stay.
