"The staff was polite and professional, but were unable to help with much of anything. The Hotel claims to be pet friendly and in fact has a very nice set up for customers to be on the ground floor with basically an area right outside the bedroom to walk your dog. That was very nice and useful. However, not a single restaurant on site would allow a pet in the restaurant. I knew this would be the case except for patio seating. The one restaurant, with patio seating, only allowed service animals. We basically had to go back over to the Arizona side of the river to go to a decent restaurant which would allow pets. Naturally, we spent almost no time at all in the hotel. Didn’t gamble once I was very disappointed overall with our stay."

"No coffeepot No hairdryer No refrigerator Bathroom needs a hood cleaning. Tub stained, the floor corners in the bathroom were filled with dirt. Mop boards are dusty board as at the headboard of the bed probably had 3 inches of dust on it. My bed sheets had blood on them. I called the front office. They said we could either switch rooms or change the sheets ourselves and they would furnish the sheets. It was late at night. I had to work today that’s why I was up in that area so I had them bring sheets and I put layers of sheets over top of the bed and slept on that. I’ve called the office today and requested a manager. Call me as a 4:19 PM. No one has called me back. I have pictures of the blood. It looks like maybe someone had a cut. I was changing in the bed and it dripped because I know I wasn’t bleeding. Location was convenient. Parking was excellent Casino smelled like major smoke. Cute place. Needs some tlc "

"Overall stay wasn't the best, my room smelled dirty, as if a dog (animal) had been in the room. First night I got bit,by what seemed like bedbugs."

"Its a okay spot not the nicest or the cleanest and far away from a lot of things. Everything closes to early for being so far away from restaurants and stores. Pizza was delicious though 😋 we had maintenance in our room EVERY night the TV would not work and someone would have to come in and manually fix it."

"Everything was great. I'm not much of a gambler but I did lose again at the Rivserside Hotel and Casino. I lost about $100.00 this time for the weekend."
