"It’s sold as it is in Madrid snd close to the airport BUT IT IS NOT IN MADRID AND IT IS NOT CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT. It is in ALCALA DE HENARES which is a very nice town anyway. "

But if you are someone who needs everything to be like a five-star hotel you might not like this as it is very basic. I personally love it. The cleanliness is great as well."

"Overall, our stay was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and everything met our expectations. The only downside was the check-in process. The self-service machine was not working, so we had to enter all of our information manually. This made the process much more complicated and time-consuming than it should have been. "Because the room we booked was for 3 people, but the one they gave us was set up for 2, and they added an extra bed in a very small space. Additionally, there was a very bad smell in the bathroom, likely from the plumbing, and the blankets and pillows were dirty."
