"4 day stay.. cleaned room 1st morning ( before we even needed it) and never came back to replace towels and resupply toilet paper. Requested them clean our room and when we returned room was not cleaned and still had to go back to desk to get towels and toilet paper. Our keys kept decoding and had to return to desk to get them fixed each time we went back to our room."

"The room was dirty it was not impressed a couple of the young girls were very very nice but the other young lady that had the long braids did not smile a lot I had an attitude or anything did not did not appreciate her whatsoever. Didn't look like it's been vacuumed very good black hair in the sheets the flooring dirty and I'll look corners in the bathroom underneath the piping was dirty I actually wiped it off to me. Waste of money didn't say that the restaurant was across the street in the information also cool and the hot tub looked disgusting there was no way we were going to go in there. "

"Before booking I explained that we needed to have a meeting after checkout time.. We were told this would be fine and the manager confirmed this the next morning. When we learned our meeting would be at a later time she said we could not meet. The meeting area was empty. Why makes things difficult for clients? I travel frequently and have always been able to leave luggage or use the lobby and meeting areas after a checkout when I reason. I will not book at a Best Western again."
