Poor behavior by the management. Didn't honor the booking. System cancelled the booking on its own even after I checked online. When we showed up on the property room was already given to someone else. Won't recommend this hotel. Poor judgement of over-booking and not honoring the commitment specially in the high season of Chicago conferences.

I paid an additional $150 resort fee . For the bar areas (which were closed on a Friday at 8pm) coffee (which is from a Kirov). The AC didn’t work well. The shower was dripping.
