"The air conditioning was my only issue, it cooled off well but shut off and on so often that it disrupted my sleep. Hotel was a great price and had everything we needed. Convenient location, clean and friendly. "

"For being a place they know people travel too it was pretty depressing. Hot tub was cold being from minnesota adults were looking forward to that. Hotub jets only two worked. Train tracks directly behind second building which is where they stuck us also on second building were the meth heads and dogs. Dealt with the shower not being able to turn off so had to shut bathroom door to sleep. They only clean if u request and give 24 hr notice. As a father i would never stay here again the good was the breakfast hotel staff and close to gas station knollwood restaurant and jack in the box. Made for easy meals not having to drive far. I give a 2 out of 5 thats being nice cause my kids enjoyed the pool. "

"The hotel needs a cleaning. The halls are dirty and aren't clean. The trash container in the laundry room is filthy. Hasn't been cleaned in months. The gray exterior is black. I brought the top to the front desk and they acknowledged that it was filthy. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They wiped it off and put it back in laundry room. Wiping off doesn't do it. Need to be power washed. The lane lines on the apron of the entrance are faded so bad that you can hardly read them. The garbage cans on the outside of the building are jammed so much that they can't take any more so it ends on the ground. The one near the smoking area was not emptied for several days. Parking lot and landscaped areas are covered with litter. The stairs are scuffed and haven't been washed in months. Hotel guests throw their used towels into the hallway and they sit their for hours. Why would anyone want to reserve a room in this property."

"I wasn't expecting much, but the property, or at least the room that I got was very deteriorated. In general it felt dirty. The only pro, was that the towels were clear as well as the sheets on the bed. I have stayed at other Extended Stays, and this was definitely the worst in terms of condition"

"The room had uncleaned marks on the walls in spaces that should have been cleaned. There was spilled coffee under the mini coffee bar area of my room. "
