"There is not enough hot water, the heating switch is extremely stupid, there is no trash can in the hotel lobby, the breakfast is terrible, and you need to pay extra. The hair was found on the sheets, and it was yellow."

"Chose due to location to the concert hall. Was pleasantly surprised and will book again even if not coming in for an event. Was clean, the beds were comfy. Only thing I would recommend is maybe coffee in the lobby in the mornings. (A little fearful of using the coffee makes in the room, if you know you know)"

"Staff was nice and helpful. Had to change rooms, loud, not clean, new room was also not very clean. No bugs that we saw, so thats a positive. Pay the xtra to go somewhere else."

"Overall the hotel is fine. No major problems occurred but the hotel is dated and needs some renovations. My only concern was with the water pressure which was severely low. Room had stains from previous use but overall it was fine for the price. "
