"Great property. Travelling from Canada, we drove from Copenhagen to Nyborg and decoded to stay here for the night. The staff was very friendly, offered to make us a reservation, and front desk is operational 24 hours a day. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. The wayer pressure in the bathroom was great and the body was really nice: wish i bought a bottle. No shampoo or conditioner. Shower was small but didn't matter to me. Dorect

"My reception at check-in was great. A pleasant woman upgraded my room to a water view when she learned that it was my first stay at the hotel. My room was clean and spacious. The public spaces are comfortable and well laid out. I enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee in the library that was excellent. The restaurant appears to be top-notch but the price for dinner was not appropriate for my business trip. My breakfast was outstanding in terms of food quality, variety, service, and atmosphere. "Had an overnight stay at this hotel with family of 4. Booked a last minute room (90 minutes upfront). Room was not prepared and in fact not the one requested (asked bunk bed, got sleep couch). So I had to go ask for additional pillows, blankets, etc. After 30 min, an extra bed, pillows and covers arrived. But too small for my kids. Given it was already quite late by now, we got creative and made do with what we had. Sleeping couch was very very uncomfortable, did not get much sleep at...
