"The staff was great. The problem was that in the 2-bedroom apartments key things didn't work. In the first apartment, the hot water didn't work, the fan in the living room didn't work, and one of the toilets wouldn't flush. The wifi only worked in the stifling hot living room. The air conditioning was only in the two bedrooms. We spent the first night in that apartment. The next morning we asked to be moved so they could repair the first apartment. "We had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite. The decor and ambience is top notch. We were very pleased with our stay. They have various rooms with different set-ups. I will definitely pick the luxury suite next time. Thanks for having us. "

"Expedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesn’t exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using.
