"The Sheraton was a lovely hotel. The pool, beach & staff were great. The 2 restaurants were ok the service wasn’t consistent we only dinned there twice the 1st time was great the 2nd not so good. "

The accommodation is located a bit outside of Kuta, about 20–30 minutes by scooter, but the peace and the view are absolutely unique. We would come back anytime, without hesitation. "Stunning views, great concept and potential. Villas tastefully decorated as is the whole property. Don’t like that the restaurant manager jumped on us and demanded to know what time we would come for breakfast. Every meal we had in the restaurant had ingredients missing from the dishes as described in the menu / I understand, given remote location, they can run out of stock, but at least acknowledge that and let the diner know that core ingredients wouldn’t be in the dish.
