"We stayed at this hotel for 1 day and immediately left. The hotel agreed to a refund, but then ghosted hotels.com and won't pay us back, despite the fact we didn't even stay in it - When we arrived there was no one manning the desk - We were given a roomkey. They said "go to floor 2 room 2". I saw ..."
