Some even very late at night. Some of my co-workers make the hour plus trip back to Hanoi every night and there is nothing open around their downtown high rise hotel. There are tiny streets, small shops and restaurants, street food, children playing and a very good barber across the street. It is a very homey, friendly, and safe feeling in the neighborhood. The AC works well. The Peltier cooler fridges are not super cold. There is an electric tea kettle. Enough US style outlets. I don't think they are 115V. Don't plug in anything that it is not rated for 220V 50Hz."
