"Great place to stay and relax. Directly on the lake, stunning view, delicious food, so quiet and relaxing"

"Very nice!"

"Luan and family were excellent hosts, really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely time with them and would highly recommend this hotel, best in Ba Be"

"Great service from the staff. Not the usual big building hotel type but still look relatively new. Probably hard to find another hotel of similar quality around the area."

Suggested I could refund via hotels.com and pay cash instead! Also tried my door at 12pm.. generally weird and not worth the money. Better food, places in ba be"
