"The Watermark Hotel is really secluded, and at time of booking, I wanted a quiet place to enjoy some downtime from touring hectic mainland Japan. The check-in process was smooth and I was assigned to the second floor, which was the floor I wanted. The floor and the area were very quiet at night. My room was large with a matching balcony that had a wonderful view westward. The bathroom was unique; it was three separate rooms. The shower room was great, as the shower head great pressure and the warm bidet is always nice in the morning. The first and third nights I dined at the hotel restaurant, which I thought had good food that was reasonably priced. The next morning, I had paid the expensive price of 3,300 Yen for the breakfast buffet, which was decent, but found other local places to have breakfast on the other two mornings. Although I the stay was decent, I don’t think I would stay here again, as it is just too secluded, and too dangerous to drive in the area after sunset."

"I was very disappointed with my experience. While I have stayed at many Hilton locations around the world and have always had positive experiences, this one did not meet expectations. Communication was extremely challenging as no staff members spoke English, and instead of trying to help, one staff member argued with me. The team appeared under-trained and the overall service felt unprofessional."

"Stayed in junior sweet for 5nights. The hotel staffs are all kind. The breakfast was awesome. The location was also great. Close to Miyako airport , you can walk to bars and restaurants.highly recommended "

"Great location with easy access to Irabuohashi Bridge and close to shopping areas. Free parking around property. Booked a superior twin room. Caution: the walls are thin between rooms and you will hear your neighbors having normal conversations. Additionally, the property heavily stages its room example photos, as the room we stayed in was bare bones with plain white bedding and no room decorations whatsoever (in contrast to the bright and vibrant room photos shown as room examples). The difference was so drastic that I questioned if I was assigned the correct type of room after checking-in. Okay place to stay if you expect to be out and about most of the day. Not really a resort type property."
